REFUND POLICY
At BraitzVibe, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right,
we want to make it right.
Eligibility for Refunds
● You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
● Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same
condition as received.
● Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
● Gift cards, downloadable products, or digital files
● Opened hygiene-related products (cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
● Personalized or custom-made items
Refund Process
1. Email support@braitzvibe.com with subject “Refund
Request – [Order #]”.
2. Provide details and attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
After We Receive Your Item
We’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days.
● If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days.
● If denied, we’ll contact you with an explanation and options (e.g., partial
refund or exchange).
Example Case
A customer receives the wrong color product. They send photos, and we
confirm the issue. We then offer either a full refund or a replacement at no
cost.
Our goal is fairness for both sides.
RETURN POLICY
Returns help ensure your satisfaction with our products.
Timeframe
You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Beyond that period,
returns may not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
● Items must be new and unused.
● Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
● Returns without prior approval (RMA) may be delayed or rejected.
Return Authorization
Contact support@braitzvibe.com before shipping anything back.
We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and the address for returns.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers cover return shipping unless the product was defective or
incorrect. We recommend using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect the item and issue your refund or exchange. This
usually takes 5–7 business days.
Example Case
If you ordered the wrong size, email us with your order number. Once we
approve, send it back in new condition, and we’ll process an exchange or
refund.
